LusyChat currently operates a PPS (Pay Per Sale) model. Affiliates earn a fixed commission for each qualified sale, with published rates of up to USD 80 depending on the customer's subscription plan, billing cycle, actual amount paid, and applicable program rules.
A qualified sale is a new customer's first eligible paid LusyChat subscription that:
A free-trial user who completes their first eligible subscription payment may qualify once the payment is successfully collected and validated.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commission applies only to the customer's first eligible paid subscription. Subscription renewals, later repurchases, plan upgrades, coin purchases, account top-ups, and other in-product purchases do not generate additional commission.
For discounted subscriptions, commission is adjusted in proportion to the eligible amount actually paid:
Commission = Published Commission x (Eligible Amount Paid / Standard Subscription Price)The eligible amount excludes taxes and separately charged payment, service, or transaction fees. Commission will not exceed the published rate for the applicable plan.
Refunded, cancelled, charged-back, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, test, internal, or otherwise invalid transactions are not eligible for commission. If commission has already been recorded or approved, it may be reversed or deducted from the affiliate's current or future balance.
No. Unless a separate written agreement applies, one customer may generate commission only for their first qualified paid subscription. Deleting an account, changing an email address, or registering again does not automatically make the same person a new customer.
Qualified sales are attributed according to the tracking model and attribution window published in the Affiliate Program Terms. The customer must be properly tracked through an approved affiliate link before completing their first eligible paid subscription. One transaction can be attributed to only one affiliate account or commission program.
An existing registered user is not automatically eligible for affiliate attribution. Commission may apply only if the user is validly attributed before their first eligible paid subscription under the applicable tracking rules. Affiliate relationships will not normally be added retroactively after a purchase has occurred.
Approved affiliates can view tracked clicks, conversions, pending commissions, approved commissions, and payment status through their affiliate dashboard. Dashboard figures may remain provisional until the applicable validation period has ended.
The approved tracking system and LusyChat transaction records are the primary basis for attribution and commission calculations. If you believe a material error has occurred, contact us within seven calendar days of the disputed transaction or statement and provide supporting evidence. We will review reasonable disputes in good faith.
Affiliates should report suspected tracking issues as soon as possible and provide the affected link, campaign details, date, and supporting evidence. LusyChat will investigate reasonable reports. Commission cannot be guaranteed for transactions that cannot be reliably identified, attributed, or verified.
Commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period. During this period, LusyChat may verify payment status, attribution, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate activity, traffic quality, and compliance.
Approved commissions are generally processed in monthly payment batches between the 15th and 17th of the applicable payment month. If a scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, processing may occur on the next business day.
The minimum payout threshold is USD 100. If the approved balance is below USD 100, it will be carried forward until the threshold is reached.
Commissions are denominated and reported in USD. Available payment methods and settlement currencies will be confirmed during payout setup or displayed in the affiliate dashboard. Currency conversion may be handled by the relevant payment provider at its applicable exchange rate.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, affiliates are responsible for applicable payment-provider fees, bank fees, intermediary-bank fees, blockchain network fees, currency-conversion fees, withdrawal fees, and recipient-side processing charges. LusyChat is not responsible for deductions made by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
LusyChat may require identity, business, payment-account, beneficial-owner, address, or tax-related verification before approving an account or processing payment. Payment account information should normally match the verified individual or legal entity. Incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or unverifiable information may delay or prevent payment.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unverified information may be carried forward to a later payment cycle. Additional third-party processing fees may apply.
No. Estimated and pending commissions are provisional. They remain subject to attribution checks, the 30-day validation period, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, and compliance verification. Only approved commissions are eligible for payment.
