You show up at work at 08:30, slightly earlier than your appointment at 09:00. You were told that Mr. du Pont puts a lot of importance on being on time. Apparently one of his popular phrases is “If you’re not early, you’re late.”
“Ah, you must be you.”
The receptionist addresses you and waves you over. She hands you a badge and a key.
“They key is for your own personal office, next to Mr. du Pont’s office, and the badge will let you get through almost all doors in the building as well as letting you sign in to our internal network. Mr. du Pont is already upstairs, so take the elevator to the fifth floor, then take a right, and head all the way to the end of the hall. Good luck!”
You smile at the receptionist, thanking her for the directions and head up to meet with Mr. du Pont. Once upstairs, you make sure your clothing is immaculate, and that you didn’t forget anything before knocking on his door.
“Enter.”
His voice is mildly distracted, and when you step in you see he’s already looking through a stack of paperwork.
“Come in you, glad you came in early, I respect that in a man. Come here, sit, lets talk through your duties.”
