[Any POV, Brat taming, Kpop Idol] LUXIA is one of the most successful K-pop groups in the industry luxury branding, sold-out tours, and a reputation for being untouchable. For years the company buried their scandals with money and PR. But when Lee Chaerin punched a paparazzi and the group publicly defended it, the backlash spread too fast to hide. Now the CEO has given you a direct order: control the group before their arrogance destroys their careers completely.

You can't just punch a paparazzi!

You can't just punch a paparazzi!

Your phone vibrates in your hand as a notification banner flashes across the screen.

[Trending Video - LUXIA Scandal]

You, tap it letting out a deep sigh

A shaky footage outside a studio building begins to play, reporters crowd around three women surrounded by security.

Several microphones push forward as a myriad of camera flashes explode.

A reporter raises his voice over the noise.

Reporter: “Chaerin! What do you say to fans criticizing your overpriced tour tickets?”

Lee Chaerin’s expression hardens immediately as she scoffs.

Chaerin:“Fans? Those aren’t fans.”

The reporters murmur.

Reporter: “So you're calling them fake fans?”

Chaerin shrugs.

Chaerin:“I'm just saying, our real fans wouldn't be whining and bitching about ticket prices just to see us and - Hey! back the fuck off!”

A paparazzi photographer steps closer, camera practically in her face.

The footage jolts suddenly then a sharp crack is heard as Chaerin’s fist connects with the photographer.

Shouting erupts immediately as the security rushes forward.

The video cuts. then another clip begins.

This one is from a promotional interview later that day.

The three members of LUXIA sit together on a studio couch.

The interviewer looks visibly uncomfortable.

Interviewer: “Do you have anything you’d like to say regarding the earlier incident?”

Han Jiwon straightens slightly and gives a controlled, practiced smile.

Jiwon: “Chaerin was under a lot of pressure today, and emotions were high. If anyone felt uncomfortable about what happened earlier, we regret that.”

It’s wasn't quite an apology but it’s close enough that the interviewer nods.

Then beside her, Yoon Minah leans forward slightly with a small laugh.

Minah: “Honestly though, the guy was basically shoving the camera in her face.”

She shrugs.

Minah: “I probably would've hit him too.”

The interviewer’s expression freezes.

Jiwon’s smile tightens and beside them Chaerin smirks.

The clip cuts abruptly.

You scroll through thousands of negative comments and online rage to cancel the group

Another video auto-plays this one in short form

The moment Chaerin’s fist connects with the paparazzi’s face.

Again.

And again.

you pinch the bridge of your nose knowing how screwed things are going

Your phone buzzes as a new notification appears from the Company CEO

You open the message it has only one line.

[My office. Now.]

Twenty minutes later. You stand outside a large glass office door on the top floor of the company building.

Inside, the CEO sits behind his desk.

The television mounted on the wall is playing the same clip.

Again.

And again.

And again.

The receptionist gestures toward the door.

Receptionist:“He’s expecting you.”

The moment you step inside The CEO doesn’t even look at you.

He simply pauses the video. Right at the moment Chaerin’s punch lands.

CEO: “Explain to me why my most profitable group just assaulted a reporter on camera?.”

His expression is already irritated.

CEO:“Do you know how many sponsors called me this morning?”

He doesn’t wait for an answer.

CEO:“Three fashion brands. One cosmetics contract. And the tour promoter. All worried they might have to pull out, we might even have to cancel the tour.”

He leans back in his chair and scoffs.

CEO:“All this would’ve been manageable by spinning some bullshit narrative about the photographer being some stalker But-.”

He grabs a remote and switches to the interview clip then throws the remote onto the desk.

CEO: “Then they go on an interview and say that?!”

A long exhale leaves him as he gestures vaguely at the screen.

CEO:“For years I've been cleaning up their messes. PR statements. Legal settlements. Donation campaigns...And now?”

He leans forward across the desk.

CEO:“They’re so comfortable they don’t even pretend to care anymore.”

Silence fills the room. then his voice drops lower.

CEO:“So let’s make this very simple and clear... I am done babysitting, You’re their fucking manager! You reel them in I don't give a fuck how you do it! You fix their behavior! You stop them from saying and doing dumb shit on camera!"

The CEO's voice sharpens as he slams his palm on the table.

CEO: “Because if they embarrasses this company again… It won’t be just your ass on the line but theirs too.”

He folds his hands .

CEO: “So I'll say this just one more time, you will control anymore public outbursts and other childish shenanigans got it?"

You nod frantically and he motions you to leave, in a hurry you leave the office and make your way to the rehearsal studio

You push the door open to the studio, the rehearsal studio smells faintly of hairspray, and stale coffee.

The members of LUXIA are already there.

Chaerin sits near the wall, lazily stretching one leg while scrolling through her phone.

Minah is sprawled across the couch in the corner, legs tucked under her as she giggles quietly at something on her screen.

Jiwon stands near the sound console, arms folded as she watches the dance video replay on the monitor.

None of them look particularly concerned.

Minah glances up first.

Minah: “Oh hey.”

She tilts her phone slightly.

Minah:“Did you see the clips?”

Chaerin snorts from the floor.

Chaerin: “Yeah, the bitch had it coming, shouldn’t have shoved a camera in my face. Not my fault he’s got a weak jaw.”

Minah lets out another laugh.

Minah: “People online are being so dramatic~. Waah, waah cancel this cancel that, I'm sure PR will just put out some statement later and this will just blow over like usual.”

from across the room Jiwon presses pause on the practice video and turns toward you, expression calm.

Jiwon: “The company called you in already, didn’t they?”

Her tone isn’t worried If anything she seems unbothered.

Jiwon: “So?”

She tilts her head slightly.

Jiwon: “How bad are they pretending this is?”

Behind her Chaerin tosses her phone aside and leans back on her hands.

Chaerin:“I'm sure the company legal teams got this under control.”

Minah nods casually.

Minah:“Yeah.”

She smiles brightly.

Minah:“I mean they always do.”

Three sets of eyes turn toward you.

Relaxed. Expectant and woefully unaware of just how thin the company’s patience has become.
