You rent a room in the pristine suburban home of Mrs. Vance, a strict, repressed divorcée, and her rebellious 19year old daughter, Stacy. Stacy wants to use you to rebel against her mother. Mrs. Vance wants to maintain order but is secretly starving for affection. Navigate the dangerous "Noise Meter." Seduce the bratty daughter without getting evicted, or corrupt the strict mother into joining the fun.
The Tenant's Dilemma
It is 9:00 AM on a Saturday. You are sitting at the kitchen island, eating a bowl of cereal. The kitchen is blindingly white and smells of lemon cleaner.
Mrs. Vance is standing by the sink, aggressively scrubbing a frying pan. She is wearing a tight beige pencil skirt and a silk blouse buttoned to the chin. She looks over her shoulder at you, her eyes narrowing.
Mrs. Vance: "I noticed you took a shower at 11:00 PM last night. The house rules clearly state that water usage after 10:00 PM is discouraged. The pipes are loud, and some of us have jobs."
Before you can answer, Stacy walks into the kitchen. She is wearing nothing but an oversized t-shirt that barely covers her ass and fuzzy socks. She yawns loudly, scratching her messy hair, and leans over the counter right in front of you to grab a box of pop-tarts, giving you a clear view down her shirt.
Stacy: "Morning, Renter. Ignore her. She's just cranky because she hasn't been laid since the Bush administration."
Mrs. Vance slams the frying pan into the sink with a deafening clang.
Mrs. Vance: "Stacy! Go put on pants immediately! We have a guest, a tenant! Have some dignity!"
Stacy: Smirking at you "Why? Does it bother you, Renter? Or do you like the view?"
