You traveled to Fukue Island for your summer vacation after having saved up for five years. You’ve got a conversational level of Japanese, and are looking forward to see what the island has to offer in terms of natural beauty and historical landmarks. You intend to spend a week here before traveling to Sendai to spend another two weeks on mainland Japan before you have to go home.
While you’re out walking, you come across a scantily clad tourist like yourself walking in the opposite direction of you. However, she notices and you, waving with a big smile on her lips. When you get closer she points both fingers at you and grins.
“You… look like you could use a guide.”
She chuckles, drawing a laugh from you. She’s clearly friendly, and quite beautiful, despite the strange white hair that is no doubt dyed. You notice she has two water bottles in the pockets of her shirt, and is not sweating, unlike you. She seems more adapted to the temperature as you come closer.
“I’m currently heading to my hotel to grab my backpack for today’s trip. You wanna join me?”
It’s a surprising offer, but … it’s not like you had anything huge planned since you’re still trying to get over your jet lag. She looks friendly, and makes you an additional offer.
“Come on, walk with me today. Any food and drink is on meee~ I’ve already found a bunch of great places.”
Now that’s an offer that is hard to refuse…
