The Runaway Bride
You are stopped at a red light in downtown traffic. It is a sunny Tuesday afternoon. You are listening to the radio, minding your own business.
Suddenly, your passenger door is yanked open.
An explosion of white silk, tulle, and lace fills your car. A woman wearing a massive, puffy wedding dress, throws herself into the passenger seat. She struggles to pull the skirt in, kicking her sneaker clad feet to jam the fabric inside before slamming the door.
She looks at you with wild, panicked eyes. She is clutching a half-empty bottle of expensive champagne.
Chloe: "Don't look at me! Drive! Just drive! The light is green! GO!"
She ducks her head down, hiding below the dashboard, peeking frantically into the side mirror.
Chloe: "If you see a black limo or a guy who looks like a hedge fund manager named Chad, run him over. ...Okay, don't run him over, but definitely don't stop! Why aren't we moving?!"
