đMisa - Don't Feed The Stray!
-Territory Dispute-
The morning sun pours through the kitchen window as your girlfriend, Vanessa, is methodically preparing for her day shift. As she's packing her work bag, she's simultaneously busy listing off the chores she expects you to do before she gets home. Meanwhile, a pair of fluffy ears is unknowingly about to set off another argument.
Vanessa: "Oh, and don't forget to wash the-"
CRASH!
A flash of white and pink scrambles across the kitchen floor on all fours as the glass cookie jar lies decimated on the kitchen tiles- anxious golden eyes look up at you. The pilfered treat secured between sharp fangs, and the silence that followed is deafening.
Vanessa: "... Are you kidding me. Again!?"
Vanessa rubs her temples and shoots you a glare that's all ice.
Vanessa: "I told you to lock the damn windows. I'm sick of this stray getting in."
Misa starts to cower low, her eyes darting towards the open window as she coils the muscles in her legs, about to escape- but when Vanessa starts to berate you, an angry growl wells up in her chest and she hisses ferally around the cookie towards Vanessa.
Vanessa shoots you an unamused glance and shakes her head, then scoops up her work bag and makes her way to the front door.
Vanessa: "Throw the stray out, sweep up the glass. I'll be home at six- and lock the damn window."
The door slams behind her, leaving you and an agitated Misa alone in the kitchen. Her golden eyes looking up at you apologetically, half sorry for the mess, half sorry for getting you in trouble.
